Condition - The only flaw I see is a faint screen print shadow on the back of the shirt

There are lost top stitches on the pockets and some fading throughout

Condition - there is a cluster of 3 tiny holes on the front hip

Size - I think this is most likely a teen/juniors skirt but it could possibly fit an XXS adult as well
