1950s Girls Smocked Dress Blue Orange Coats and JacketsBlue cotton vintage 1950s girls smocked dress with Peter Pan collar and short, puffed sleeves. Hand smocked with an orange and brown diamond pattern. The back of the skirt is gathered at the waist. Closes in the back with three buttons. The hem is 2 3 4 inches wide, so there's lots of room to lengthen the dress.

Condition Note: There are a few lightened marks on the satin
