With my dominant arm immobilized, the painting was made entirely with my non dominant handa physical limitation that mirrored the mental strain of the moment. The work reflects the experience of confronting fear in real time: seeing anxiety clearly, understanding what might help, yet struggling to fully apply that knowledge under pressure. Old
