Northern Monk - Cuban Patty Melt 30L NoFo before cold-filtering to create aBuilding on a light base of Extra Pale and Caramel Malt with a hint of some biscuity Vienna, weve hopped heavily into the kettle with super resinous Centennial, adding a moreish depth of marmalade pithiness. For the later additions weve opted for El Dorado, which leans into the freshly squeezed brightness of grapefruit, backed up with more Centennial which delivers more floral top notes when added later.
